Led by visionary architect Raphael de la Fontaine and crafted by D-BLK Architects, the project features four 40-story towers, creating a dazzling business district at the city's entrance.

Comprising 1,000 apartments, cutting-edge offices, a luxury hotel, and more, Midtown Jerusalem seamlessly blends modernity with heritage.Preserving the city's history, the iconic Shaare Zedek Medical Center will be transformed into a luxury hotel with 90 guest rooms, while an adjacent tower adds 260 more rooms.

The project dedicates 60,000 square meters to modern offices and 11,000 square meters to public spaces, including educational facilities, synagogues, and cultural complexes.
